She has led large-scale operations and change processes, built high-performing teams, and driven growth journeys – experiences that have given her a deep understanding of what is required of leaders at the C-level.
She has served as CEO and Regional Manager with responsibility for strengthening profitability, developing culture, and driving turnarounds in complex organizations. In executive search, Mona has worked on senior-level assignments, including as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Mercuri Urval, where she was responsible for executive recruitment and leadership assessments of C-level managers and specialists.
