Charlotta Wikström is the working Chairman of the Board for Stardust Search with a focus on Board Development. She has 25 years of experience in operational/leadership positions in marketing and sales on her résumé.
Among other roles, she has worked for 15 years in various positions at SAS, such as Product and Marketing Manager in SAS Trading’s retail operations and as a consultant for store development in Hong Kong and Barcelona.
Charlotta has also been the Marketing Director at Com Hem and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange, Communications Director at Mannheimer Swartling Law Firm, and most recently Senior Vice President of HR in the Eniro group.
In 2000, Charlotta co-founded ELLEN AB, which manufactures and sells a probiotic tampon. ELLEN AB is today listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, First North.
Charlotta has many years of experience in leadership and organizational development and is a guru in mentorship. In 2004, she wrote the bestseller “Vinnande Mentorskap” in the field.
Charlotta holds board positions in, among others, Kungsleden AB and Forsenprojekt AB. She has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University & DIHR and is also a trained psychotherapist from the St Lukas Foundation in Stockholm.
