Martina Brandt

Martina has extensive experience in communication and marketing from industries such as retail, media, and the meeting industry. She has been both a consultant and a client.

Martina has, among other roles, worked for many years at Sveriges Kommunikatรถrer as responsible for member recruitment, networking, and business development. Thanks to her ability to create and maintain networks and as the program manager for the association’s mentorship program, she is a well-known name among communicators across the country, both in the private and public sectors.

Most recently, Martina comes from Brightness Executive Search, where since 2018 she has worked with the recruitment of managers, strategists, and other key roles in communication, including a focus on internal communication and sustainability. However, her focus has been on the provision of interim consultants within the field of communication. She has a large and relevant network that is constantly updated and has a unique ability to match people with each other.

As a former organizational consultant, Martina quickly understands a company’s challenges related to the role to be filled. With great commitment and a warm personality, she creates meetings between people that contribute to mutual business benefits.

Martina has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and a degree from IHR, the Institute for Advanced Studies in Communication and Advertising. Since then, she has further educated herself in organizational psychology. Since 2018, she is also a certified coach and mainly works as a career coach for communicators.
