Gunilla holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with an international focus from Lund University and has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 10 years at IBM.
Gunilla has primarily worked in marketing, sales, and with product responsibility at various IT companies, as well as in consultant and leadership roles.
Since 2006, Gunilla has worked with coaching and development in various areas such as executive coaching, outplacement, career coaching, talent and leadership development, and has also run educational programs for female entrepreneurs.
Gunilla has also been involved in starting a coaching company where she was the CEO, primarily targeting leaders in the business world.
For five years, Gunilla was the business area manager for Talent Management at Hudson in Sweden. During her years at Hudson, Gunilla received comprehensive internal training in various psychometric tools, assessment centers, recruitment/search, and Talent Management in general.
Today, Gunilla’s focus is mainly on executive coaching, career and outplacement coaching, and various types of personal assessments. Gunilla’s expertise includes working with highly complex issues, challenging situations, strategic changes, communication, conflict management, talent management, stress management, and with high expectations for results.
Gunilla trained as a coach at Leapfrog AB in Stockholm and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and certified at the PCC level. She is also certified in a variety of psychometric tools from different suppliers.
