Christine has worked with executive search since 2010, recruiting CEOs and senior roles in marketing, HR, communications and sales.
She has mainly recruited for the private sector, but has also taken on assignments for state-owned and public companies. Most recently, Christine came from Bondi Executive Search, where she was a co-owner and Senior Partner.
Before that, Christine spent 15 years in the manufacturing industry, mainly automotive, in senior marketing and sales roles, most recently as Marketing Director at Saab.
She has also run her own marketing business. Through her long experience in business, Christine has built a deep understanding of what different organizations need and what it takes to succeed in the role she is filling.
She also has a large, relevant and constantly updated network, and is driven by contributing to diversity and finding the right talent for the right position.
Christine is Norwegian and holds a degree in business and economics from Vesalius College in Brussels and Suffolk University in Boston.
