Henrik has been building leadership teams and boards for more than 20 years, for everyone from the Fortune 500 to fast-growing start-ups. He has done it both at leading global executive search firms and in-house, at a global tech company, and he brings that breadth to every assignment.
He is most at home where an organisation is in the middle of a digital transformation and its leadership needs to keep up.
Earlier in his career, Henrik was a management consultant, including at the Swedish Trade Council in New York, where he helped Swedish companies enter the US market. Most recently, he was at Salesforce, and before that he was a partner at August Leadership.
He joined Stardust to do executive search as it should be. The right leaders, in other words. The kind who build businesses that last.
Henrik holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers and did an exchange at the Haas School of Business in Berkeley. (He is also certified in test assessment, so when candidates take tests, he knows what the results actually say.)
