Johan has a background in several international service companies, where he held senior roles in sales and business development, based in Sweden as well as Germany and France.
Most recently, Johan came from Hoist Group – Hospitality Solutions, where he was responsible for recruiting sales roles across the company’s 17 markets.
Johan also has long experience from the hospitality industry and has worked on the international expansion of two Swedish companies: an e-commerce company and a company making products for a healthy indoor air environment.
He is fluent in Swedish, German, English and French, and therefore often takes on executive search assignments with an international dimension.
